Teresa's Farm is a boutique farm resort located in Lian, Batangas, just 2.5 hours from Manila. A secluded hill space with stunning views, it sits atop a 1.6 hectare farm overlooking mountains, ricefields, and the distant sea.

3BR Grand Pool Villa
This high-ceiling, 210 sqm 3BR villa has a private infinity pool overlooking the mountains, ricefields and the sea at a distance. It has a 100 sqm high-ceiling living space perfect for family gatherings and team buildings. The villa is furnished with bespoke rattan furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, a bonfire station an outdoor grill, and hammocks and swings.
The villa can accommodate 16 guests comfortably or a max of 20 guests with additional floor mattresses.
The teepee house, a separate modern AC Kubo with its own t&b has 2 bunk beds that can accommodate 4 more guests.
2BR Sunset Pool Villa
The Sunset Villa at Teresa's Farm has 2 bedrooms with full views of the sea and exclusive access to the Sunset pool. Each bedroom has an ensuite toilet and bath.
The master room on the second floor has floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors that maximize the view of the surrounding mountains, rice fields, and sea. It has a large luxury bathroom with a view, with bathtub, shower, and luxury brass fittings. There is a queen-sized bed with a queen-sized pull-out.​
The second room is on the ground floor and has 2 queen beds, an ensuite toilet and bath, and floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors. It is accessible to seniors and PWD.​ The Sunset villa has its own pavilion space adorned with rattan dining table, hammocks and swings. It has a kitchenette for some light cooking and grill.

360 degree panoramic view of green hills, mountains, trees and far away sea, it was a perfect place for our family bonding! We had a very comfortable place to stay, eat and sleep!

We had a very lovely stay in Teresa’s farm. Honestly, the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the place. Its much better in person! All their staff are lovely, and the property is very well maintained. One weekend is not enough because we all wanted to stay longer.
